Phuket with Pearlies - First happening day

This is definitely the most memorable and adventurous trips. It was our Pearlies full strength first trip, feel so excited and loved as everyone made the effort to be there :)

We booked our villa at Indochine Villa. We whacked a good one as it was our first trip. The villa is indeed beautiful, 4 bedrooms, 2 entertainment rooms (with table tennis, xbox, snooker, etc), living room, kitchen and lastly what attracts us, an infinity pool. However it is so huge that it's spread to 4 stories high, with 2 rooms boy accessible from the outside. Hence we decided to squeeze together. The villa is rather inaccessible as it is up in the hill and every up and down to the town requires 500baht of taxi per trip.

We went out to buy all the packages for water sports and grocery to cook in the villa. I don't know if we get good deal for the packages but we paid around 100sgd for 1 day phi phi island, another day of atv and water rafting.

Went back to villa to have our dinner, comfort food! Then we proceeded to the pool! So pretty and shiok. We even manage to catch people putting fireworks in the town when we were in the pool. Everything seem so perfect but an unfortunate incident happened when we went back put rooms to wash up.

Wei Mun and I were talking near the door of our room (our room is just beside the living room) and we heard loud banging voices. We thought somebody has finished bathing and didn't pay much attention. After we are done, I started to find my camera. It's so weird that it cannot be seen in the house when my camera is so huge with a hot pink straps. The other friend started to find her hp. We were discussing and suddenly the curtains behind the living room started to fly. We know fuck, the door is not supposed to be opened. We freaked out, hurried called for the recep, packed our stuff in the rooms and gathered everyone in the living room. In short, our villa was broken in and hightly suspect in their staff as the route that the thief took is not possible to be known by outsiders. The night shift staff was not helpful and we have to spend the night in the living room, not daring to sleep. We were supposed to be counting down for Chia's birthday! :(

So, we spent the night finding new hotel, no more villa for us. Luckily we manage to find an affordable yet reputable hotel so last minute. Mecure hotel.

Indochine general manager came in the morning and his recovery service is good. He was sincerely apologetic and luckily we got a full refund. They brought us to make police report and it seems like a big hooha there. Every staff know what happen, know our faces and we have special privileges. Haha. You also can feel they are talking about you behind your back.

Ok, shall stop here and continue to the happier part of the trip in another post. Pictures below to show you the beautiful villa! And my working perfectly, 21st birthday present, G12 is declared being stolen :(
