another post today!

this is to grumble about the very bad experience at kkh!
on thur, i accompanied my mom there and we actually waited from 8am to 4pm for the doctor! and my mom was told no food and drinks from the previous day 12am, so she starved for 16hours?! isn't it crazy! all because of the doctor having another operation. if the doc were to have another operation, then they shouldnt ask her to starve so early and to admit into the hospital so early! they never think that there maybe family members waiting there also?! piss off.
